Amy Lakusiewicz, Practice Leader, Coaching & Performance Development
Amy leads Apriori’s coaching and performance development practice and strengthens the company’s presence in North America. The founder of ALP Learning Strategies, Amy helps organizations and individuals create better learning experiences, increase knowledge transfer, and rethink their approach to leadership development.
Amy has over fifteen years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, management, training and coaching. She combines her knowledge of human performance, neuroscience, and adult learning with a keen understanding of technically complex environments. She is often sought out by clients to help simplify challenging topics, curate innovative learning experiences, enhance critical thinking capabilities of teams and coach the leaders who support them.
Amy holds a Masters degree in Adult Learning and Organizational Leadership from Columbia University and is a certified Columbia Executive Coach, instructional designer and synchronous facilitator. She has been a guest lecturer on influence in the Organizational Leadership program at Manhattan College.
Amy proudly volunteers for the DCAT® organization and the Hackensack Meridian Health System coaching rising female leaders.
