Reinhard Juraschek, PhD, Senior Advisor & Strategist
Reinhard Juraschek is a dynamic, personable, and results-oriented R&D executive with 25+ years of diverse global experience in the consumer and medical device space. Known for his leadership acumen and entrepreneurial thinking, he was consistently recognized for inspiring diverse teams while driving ownership and personal accountability for business results. While leading several global turnarounds for Proctor & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson, Reinhard established a strong record of effectively interfacing between various functions and delivering market-relevant product innovation by defining and executing pipeline strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth and highly matrixed business environment.
Underlying all of Reinhard’s work is a deep care for impacting people’s lives. Be it as an inventor and business leader or as coach and mentor, he maintains a strong sense that we are duty-bound to apply our abilities to the enrichment of others and the betterment of the world around us. To that end, Reinhard has been proudly volunteering for missions to deliver cleft lip and palate surgery in the Guatamalan highlands for many years.
Reinhard holds a Master’s degree in chemistry and a PhD in physics from the University of Bonn, and recently completed his credentialing with “Coaching for Performance”. He will be supporting leaders on strategy and how to build high-connection, high-performing teams.
